Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review our sizing charts carefully and follow the ordering instructions to ensure the correct fit. If your item arrives with a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an item is returned back to us by a courier for insufficient address, or incorrect address the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-ship the item.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on whether production has already begun.

Refunds
Because all items are made to order, refunds are not guaranteed. In the case of a verified quality issue, we will provide a replacement and may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, so please refer to our sizing charts before ordering. Refunds will also not be provided for items that have not been cared for according to our washing instructions.

For best care, wash garments inside out in cold water and hang to dry.
