At Sahdeh Spruce, each item is thoughtfully made just for you. We print on demand to reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and ensure every piece is freshly printed.

Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

  • Some items, such as mugs and specialty products, are made to order and may require up to 10 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Items that are ready to ship may leave our facility within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You will be notified via email when your purchase has been shipped with your tracking number. Sahdeh Spruce is NOT responsible for delays in delivery. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your package to you faster after we have left it in the hands of the shipping company. Please use the tracking number provided to you before reaching out. The information provided with your tracking number is the same information we have. International shipping can take several weeks.

Sahdeh Spruce is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays or Interruptions with Postal Service
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items

Printing & Fulfillment

We work with a trusted network of Canadian and U.S.-based production partners. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you whenever possible to ensure faster delivery times, reduce environmental impact, and help avoid customs or duties.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Sustainability Commitment

Because we print each shirt to order, we do not mass-produce or warehouse inventory. This approach helps minimize waste and supports a more sustainable and intentional production process.
